The SAP Helpdesk in the Cloud webinar was conducted on April 30 at Noon (EST). 

Please join Dr. Shirley Shmerling of The University of Massachusetts, together with Monty Kalsi, CEO of cumulusIQ, Andy Klee, President of ERPtips and Jon Reed of JonERP.com, for an informative discussion on the latest in cloud computing – Knowledge as a Service.  

Knowledge as a Service (KaaS) is an on-demand knowledge marketplace that brings together consumers and producers on vital and timely topics.  The focus of this webinar will be on-demand SAP helpdesk.  

Dr. Shmerling will talk about how Knowledge as a Service (KaaS), an on-demand marketplace, helps students learn about all things SAP. She'll highlight the value that her students have realized for their organizations from referencing knowledge in the cloud. Monty Kalsi of cumulusIQ will speak to the availability, relevance and cost-effectiveness of a knowledge marketplace.  Andy Klee will discuss ERPtips and will familiarize you with some of the resources made available within the marketplace to bring out the full value of your SAP investment.  And Jon Reed, SAP Mentor, will touch on the exciting future in KaaS on-demand helpdesk.
